"Val - I just wanted to say thank you for the work you did with this course. Offering something like this I think can be a very valuable tool - and I have seen a noticeable difference in Emily’s confidence. I believe that your course helped with that. A program that is virtual can be difficult to keep the kids engaged - particularly at their age. But I know Em enjoyed the sessions. So, thank you - appreciate what you do - and wish you the best of success with your program!"

"I felt that my daughter was beginning to feel that she was under a lot of pressure with sports and needed to learn ways to cope with the stress. Working with Valerie was great. My daughter learned a lot and I feel that she is better prepared for the ups and downs of sports. My daughter verbalizes ways to cope, how to laugh at herself and enjoy the game again.”

Joanne - Mom

"You are willing to share what you know from experience and you helped Baylee find alternative ways of dealing with herself and her dad. You were very compassionate and easy to work with. Since she started the working with you she has not been in a game situation so I am anxious to see how she reacts and utilizes some of the tools you all discussed. We can tell a difference in how she processes and reacts to different situations with coaches and teammates at practices. I really noticed a difference a few weeks ago when Baylee got hit in the head with a softball and had to get stitches and had a concussion. She used some of the breathing techniques to help her get thru several long weeks of concussion protocol. She tells me all the time different things she learned from you she utilizes in her everyday life just not softball!"
